WHAT WE DO
We develop a software-based simulation model of each client facility's electric load, and estimate minimum energy savings with high accuracy. We treat motor, HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting systems to create direct, measurable reductions in electricity consumption. We contractually guarantee projected savings, and back our guarantee with a Lloyds of London insurance policy.

We use an array of proven technologies and practices including power factor correction devices, lighting controls, compressor optimizers, lubricant additives, and lighting retrofits. We typically find savings of 5-15% with no change or disruption in existing operations, no employee training or involvement, no additional maintenance costs, and no costly replacement of existing equipment.
